G-TEC Return Policy

Because performance should never come at the cost of the planet.

At G-TEC, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period, allowing you to return any item for free — as long as it meets our return conditions.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original packaging, including the individual plastic bags, tags, and labels, must be included

  • Items must be in new, resalable condition

If these conditions are met, your return will be processed free of charge.


Returns That Don’t Meet the Conditions

If an item is returned:

  • Without its original packaging

  • With missing tags or labels

  • Or if it shows signs of use (such as odor, stains, or visible wear)

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item’s original value. This amount will be deducted from your refund.


Why We Charge This Fee

At G-TEC, we work hard to minimize our impact on the environment.
When returned items are not in acceptable condition, we often need to:

  • Repackage them using new materials (plastic bags, tags, shipping bags)

  • Professionally clean or sanitize items

  • Remove them from circulation altogether

These steps require time, resources, and energy, and contribute to waste and overproduction — which we try to avoid at all costs.
That’s why we charge up to 25% on non-compliant returns.


Responsible Shopping Matters

Although returns within 30 days are free, the true cost of processing a return is around 20% of the order value. This includes labor, materials, transport, and repackaging.

We kindly ask you to:

  • Avoid ordering multiple sizes just to try on

  • Only place orders you genuinely intend to keep

  • Contact us in advance if you need help with sizing or product advice

This helps reduce unnecessary returns and environmental waste.


How to Start a Return

All returns must be processed via our official Return Portal, available on our website.
Follow the steps in the portal to receive return instructions and labels.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the policy above or to apply the applicable restocking fee.


Team Store Orders 

  • Team Store orders are custom-made and cannot be returned or cancelled. 

  • Production starts immediately after the store has closed. 

  • Any defects or damages must be reported within 14 days after delivery through the organization to G-TEC. 

  • Only accepted defect cases will be reproduced. No refunds will be issued. 

  • Reproduction has no guaranteed delivery timeline. 

Customized Teamwear 

  • Customized Teamwear is made-to-order and cannot be returned or cancelled. 

  • Once the design book has been approved, production starts, and no changes are possible. 

  • Delivery: 4–12 weeks after full invoice payment. 

  • Any defects must be reported within 14 days after delivery by the organization to G-TEC, including a full overview (products, sizes, specifications, and photos). 

  • Returns are only accepted if pre-approved by G-TEC, unused, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are always at the customer’s expense. 

  • Products that are worn or returned without original packaging will not be accepted. 

  • No refunds will ever be given; only reproduction of accepted defect cases is possible.
