1. Applicability 

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, deliveries, and services provided by G-TEC GROUP B.V. or G-TEC International inc., (hereinafter: "G-TEC"), both to consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B), regardless of the customer’s country of origin. 
1.2. Deviations are only valid if explicitly confirmed in writing by G-TEC. 
1.3. By placing an order or entering into an agreement, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. 

 

2. Orders & Agreements 

2.1. E-commerce (B2C): An order becomes final as soon as the customer places it via the website. At that moment, a payment obligation arises. 
2.2. B2B: An order becomes final once the customer has approved the G-TEC quotation in writing or digitally. 
2.3. Orders cannot be cancelled. 
2.4. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) for website purchases, with the exception of custom-made products (such as Customized Teamwear) and Team Store Orders. 

 

3. Products & Services 

3.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the following products and services: recovery products, e-commerce/website, team store orders, teamwear, customized teamwear, third-party deliveries, consultancy, and partnerships. 
3.2. Custom-made products (such as customized teamwear) are strictly excluded from returns and the right of withdrawal. 

 

4. Specific Conditions for Team Store Orders 

  • No returns possible. 

  • Production starts after the store has closed. 

  • Delivery timeframe is 4–12 weeks after store closure. 

  • G-TEC is not liable for delays, incorrect sizes, or quality/fit expectations. 

  • Damages or defects must be reported within 14 days after delivery through the organization, including a detailed list of specifications and evidence. 

  • No refunds will be issued; accepted cases will only be re-produced. 

  • No guaranteed delivery timeline applies for reproduction. 

 

5. Specific Conditions for Customized Teamwear 

  • No returns possible. 

  • Production starts after payment has been received. 

  • Delivery timeframe is 4–12 weeks, starting 7 days after full invoice payment. 

  • G-TEC is not liable for delays, including those caused by third-party shipping partners. 

  • Once handed over to the carrier, all shipping risks are transferred to the customer. 

  • Mistakes in sizing, quantities, or design choices are fully the responsibility of the customer. 

  • The approved design book is binding; no changes are possible after approval. 

  • Damages or defects must be reported within 14 days by the organization, with a complete detailed list and photographic evidence. 

  • No refunds will ever be given. Only reproduction is possible, and only after G-TEC’s acceptance. 

  • Returns of accepted products must be shipped at the customer’s expense, unused and in original packaging. Products returned worn or without original packaging will not be accepted. 

 

6. Prices & Payment 

6.1. Consumer website prices include VAT. 
6.2. Business (B2B) prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. 
6.3. Full payment (100%) must always be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
6.4. Payments are processed via third parties such as Mollie or Stripe. 
6.5. In case of late payment, 2% monthly interest will be charged on the outstanding amount after the first reminder, plus €50 administration fee. 
6.6. G-TEC reserves the right to involve collection agencies or initiate legal proceedings; any related costs are fully for the customer’s account. 

 

7. Delivery 

7.1. Standard delivery times: 

  • E-commerce: 3–20 business days (if in stock) 

  • Recovery products: 3 days – 6 months 

  • Team store orders: 4–12 weeks after store closure 

  • Customized Teamwear: 4–12 weeks after payment 

7.2. Delivery times are indicative and never binding. G-TEC is not liable for delays. 
7.3. Risk during shipment always lies with the customer. 

 

8. Returns 

8.1. Consumers may return products within 14 days, unless they are custom-made or Team Store orders. 
8.2. Business customers may only return unused recovery products within 14 days. 
8.3. A restocking fee of 25% may apply to certain returns. 

 

9. Warranty & Liability 

9.1. Recovery products: 12 months warranty, excluding improper use or wear and tear. 
9.2. E-commerce apparel: 6 months warranty, excluding improper use or incorrect washing. 
9.3. Teamwear & Team Store orders: 3 months warranty, excluding improper use or incorrect washing. 
9.4. G-TEC shall under no circumstances be liable for consequential damages; only direct damages may be considered. 

10. Force Majeure 

G-TEC is not liable in the event of force majeure, including (but not limited to) war, pandemics, strikes, fire, natural disasters, transport issues, shortages of raw materials, or government measures. 

 

11. Intellectual Property 

11.1. All designs, logos, and technologies remain the property of G-TEC. 
11.2. Once the G-TEC logo is applied to a product, it falls under G-TEC’s trademark rules. 
11.3. Customers obtain no rights to IP or designs, unless explicitly agreed in writing. 

 

12. Data Protection 

12.1. The G-TEC Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data. 
12.2. Customer data may be used for marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable law. 

 

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

13.1. All agreements and disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law. 
13.2. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of Midden-Nederland (The Netherlands). 

 

14. Exceptions 

For special situations such as sponsorships, exclusive athlete contracts, or leasing arrangements, additional or deviating conditions may apply, which must always be confirmed in writing by G-TEC.
